Diana Elizabeth Jordan loves collaborating and working with the talented artists of Ripley Improv. She is an award -winning actor who has worked in film, theater and television credits including CBS’s S.W.A.T. . She has directed for theater, and received a best director nomination for the short I CAN, (written by Aaron Sanders and produced by Cory Reeder) . She is the founder and Chief Creative Artivist of the production company Dreaming Big On A Swing Entertainment and the Edutainment Production Company The Rainbow Butterfly Café. Diana’s an artist educator, a solo artist with several one person shows to her credit and she was the first actress with a disability (cerebral palsy which mildly affects her speech and gait) to obtain a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from California State University Long Beach (2001). She is also a speaker, serves on the SAG-AFTRA National Performers With Disabilities National Board and is one of the Disabled Advocates For Women of Color Unite founded by Cheryl Bedford. Whether working in front of or behind the camera Diana remains committed to celebrating the diverse intersectionality of the disability experience.
