Mageina Tovah
Director, actor, writer, visual artist, and cig toting lawyer on Heartbeats
Mageina is a director, actor, writer, and visual artist. She is known for her acting work in film and television, such as the Spider-Man trilogy, The Magicians, American Horror Story, and The Shield. Mageina directed, wrote, produced, edited, and stars in the award-winning film Hux with Harry Dean Stanton, which screened at festivals around the world, including Edinburgh International, Raindance, and Foyle Film Festivals. She co-founded Silo Theatre Company, producing and acting in site-specific, movement-based language plays around Los Angeles, and was a long-time member of legendary author Ray Bradbury's Pandemonium Theatre Company.
