Encounter Has Three More Shows This Year!

Ripley’s newest show Encounter has three more shows this year. We set out to create a fully improvised play about one woman’s encounter with an alien. Our influences were (obviously), Ellen Ripley from Alien and Arrival. We’ve read short stories, watched youtube videos about the stars and the unknown, learned what we could… and then let it go when we hit the stage for whatever improv happened! The shows have been so different from one another…and we find that so exciting! There is drama, comedy, horror- whatever comes out, we embrace it.
